I remember a phone call with Bleu about 2 years ago, he said, "Don't make your fans wait, start thinking about your next record!" I was writing plenty, but ATC just wasn't making the dough needed to put out another album. Months later, I was driving with him just after his Kickstarter campaign launched. He was glued to his iPhone as he watched his passionate fanbase pre-purchase his next album (and more stuff) so he could release it. He turned to me and said "That's IT dude, this is how you're going to put out Album 2." I was obviously convinced. Not much later, I turned to all of you and, to my amazement, within a matter of hours of launching ATC's campaign, you did it, you pledged right past our goal, in fact you doubled our goal! Our record was born.
The wait is just about over guys, "NORDO" will finally be here on June 12, and it would mean the world to ATC if all of our fans came out to welcome our promising new album! After all, it wouldn't be here if it weren't for all of you coming together. Seriously, Backers, this is your party, well.. except everyone else is invited too.. and... you still need tickets to get in.. whatever you know what I mean, just come celebrate with us!
It's rare that a Boston band receives radio rotation and support like we have from 92.5fm The River, and we are so grateful. On June 12, the same date NORDO hits stores, The River is hosting this Live Nation event at Brighton Music Hall, where we'll perform the entire new album for the wonderful friends and fans we owe it all to. I sincerely hope to thank each of you in person. Don't miss this one!
